HCS announces International Baccalaureate information meetings
Horry County Schools is privileged to offer the International Baccalaureate Diploma Program at both Aynor High School and Socastee High School. Typically, the IB Program at Aynor High School serves eligible students in the Aynor, Conway, Green Sea-Floyds, and Loris attendance areas. The IB Program at Socastee High serves eligible students in the Carolina Forest, Myrtle Beach, North Myrtle Beach, Socastee, and St. James attendance areas.
The International Baccalaureate Diploma Program is a challenging and rigorous curriculum leading to a qualification that is widely recognized by leading universities in the United States and in the world. The International Baccalaureate Organization is celebrating its 40th year of offering high quality programs of international education to a worldwide community of schools.
Aynor High School IB celebration/information meeting
Aynor High School cordially invites middle school students and their parents to attend an Aynor High School’s IB celebration and information meeting scheduled for Monday, January 26, 2009, beginning at 6:00 P.M. in the Aynor High School Community Room. IB teachers, parents, and students will share valuable information regarding the IB Diploma Program and IB educational experience.
